Alicia Graham is an invaluable spiritual leader and woman of God. Beyond her capacity to excel as a group leader, Alicia has been a person whom everyone both likes and trusts. Her personality is laid-back and grounded and her interpersonal-style is affirming and empathetic. Alicia has many natural talents, but those that stand out the most include her capacity to be genuinely concerned for the welfare of those around her, a keen perceptivity and insightfulness regarding emotions, also, loyalty and professionalism. Other, talents include being very uplifting and confident in others, being persistent with strong work ethics, and being inclusive of those around her, regardless of age, belief, and gender. I have witnessed her lead and believe in others during times of difficulty. Alicia embodies grace and elegance when communicating with others. She brings peace into a room. Alicia creativity and passion for leading others to God has lead her to create a platform on social media. Using the tool has allowed others and myself to listen in on a message and prayer every night. Her consistency and drive to bring everyone together is admirable.
